SHRI SRINIVASA TEMPLE
adjoining the Veeranjaneyaswamy temple is another popular temple in the Mahalaksmi
Layout of Bangalore city. This temple is also called as small Thirupathi.
Temple has Lord Srinivasa (Venkataramana ) as it main deity. With his consorts, Padmavathi and Lakshmi Devi on either sides. Ganesha, Navagrahas and Varahaswamy are the other deities. Its gopura complex is eye catching and is viewable from a distance. The gopura has 7 multiple floors inside which are accessible thru elevators and have Vaishnava stories of great spiritual significance. Here you can see the different avatara’s of Lord Vishnu, Goddess Laksmi idols. Temple Timings: 10am to 7pm.
